Maintenance Technician - ChemRite

			ChemRite CoPac (https://chemritecopac.com/) has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician. This person maintains plant and equipment to ensure adherence to ChemRite CoPac cleanliness, quality and productivity standards.
Basic Qualifications - Required:
- At least 18 years of age. US Citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
 - Able to work first shift, 8am to 4:30pm and/or on weekends. Hourly details will be provided at time of interview.
 - Read, speak and comprehend English; speak and comprehend Spanish a plus.
 - Basic math skills required (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
 - Previous maintenance experience preferred.
 
Required Skills:
- Repairs and maintains machines including production equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, tape machines, pumps, and blending tanks.
 - On the job training will be provided for all specialized equipment.
 - Sets up daily production lines to run at set speed and quoted efficiency; monitors lines hourly to ensure equipment is running properly.
 - Supports daily equipment functions and completes line change overs to meet scheduled production.
 - Assists in building maintenance.
 - Respond quickly to mechanical issues, identifies problems and appropriate solutions.
 - Strong communication and organizational skills to achieve quality, efficiency and cleanliness standards.
 - Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and detail orientation.
