Regulatory Compliance Auditor - ChemRite

ChemRite CoPac (https://chemritecopac.com/) has an immediate opening for a Regulatory Compliance Auditor. This person completes all auditing of internal and external procedures.
Basic Qualifications - Required:
- At least 18 years of age. US Citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to work before 8 AM and after 5 PM, and/or on weekends. Read, speak and comprehend English.
- Is an analytical and decisive decision maker (have a plan, work the plan).
- Has the ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external contacts.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Has completed all required and listed training programs at CRCP.
Basic Qualifications - Preferred:
- Has a background with manufacturing methods, process improvements.
- Has bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
- Good stress tolerance skills, action oriented, flexible and innovative approach to working with others.
- Has a strong track record in organizing and coaching abilities.
- Self-driven with deadline awareness.
Required Skills:
SAFETY and REGULATORY:
- Oversees employee compliance and health/safety training.
- Directs management on safety action items.
- Manages SDS organizational activities.
- Proactively schedules monthly meetings on relevant safety and compliance topics.
- Conducts all necessary emergency drills.
- Stays current on local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Ensure company policies and practices meet or exceed compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., injury logs, air/waste permits, DNR, and EPA).
- Lead responses to any compliance violations or citations.
TRAINING:
- Manages training logs and provides regular updates to senior management.
- Maintains accurate documentation in individual employee training folders.
- Creates and manages training matrixes by department and job function.
- Identifies gaps in quality, safety, and job specific training.
QUALITY:
- Proactively schedules, coordinates, and conducts training in accordance with the QSM(Quality System Manual).
- Supports Customer Audits and Governmental Agency inspections.
- Works with Document Control to establish safety notes on batch tickets when setting up new projects.
GENERAL:
- Ability to identify problems quickly and appropriate solutions in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to achieve quality, efficiency and cleanliness standards.
