Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support and reporting functions to the Lewis & Clark Capital Managing Directors, the Lewis & Clark Capital Team, and related business constituents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Provides overall coordination and support for Lewis & Clark Capital leadership team in order to help foster a high performing environment
- Acts as the Managing Director’s representative in dealings with third parties by exercising considerable judgment and discretion.
- Prioritizes and handles various incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Independently provides general office and special project support as needed, ranging from routine to complex. Work closely with other Executive Assistants to support the LACC team as required.
- Coordinates the scheduling of individual calendars and on-site facilities/conference rooms.
- Assists with presentation and pitch decks for business meetings, i.e., pitch meetings, board of director meetings, shareholders, etc. May be requested to take meeting minutes.
- Manages corporate documentation (filing, printing, binding, etc.).
- Initiates correspondence; drafts letters and documents; collects and analyzes information; initiates telecommunications.
- Conducts research, reserves, and processes travel arrangements and provides travel support to Managing Directors. May also provide support to other team members as needed.
- Performs varying degrees of data entry and other clerical duties.
- Accurately create email and mail correspondence accordingly.
- Prepare all personal and business reimbursable expense reports.
- Organizes annual calendar of events internally and externally.
- Updates and coordinates with other LACH entities when necessary.
- Coordinates board meeting schedules
- Personal administrative support as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments will also be considered
Qualifications
Executive Support & Business Acumen
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or partners in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, proactively manage priorities, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment.
- Experience interacting with executives, board members, investors, and senior stakeholders in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across teams while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Confidentiality & Professional Judgment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and professional boundaries.
- Proven ability to manage highly sensitive information and communications with the highest level of integrity and trust.
Technology & Systems Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with modern office technology including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, calendar and scheduling systems, document management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).
- Comfortable working across multiple technology systems and capable of basic troubleshooting of office technology and communication tools to maintain operational continuity.
- Demonstrates curiosity and openness to exploring emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve productivity, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall office efficiency.
- In collaboration with other team members, willing to test and deploy tools that improve workflow, documentation, scheduling, and communication.
